A concert of English choral music is being held at St John's Church in Ranmoor this Saturday.
Crookes resident Sam Jackson will be attending the concert. She says: "I'm a big fan of choirs. I find a choir singing really moving."
The church has a musical tradition which dates back to its consecration in 1879.
Why not go and see the concert for yourself? Head to St John's at 7.30pm on Saturday.
