Campaigns are underway across Sheffield for the local elections which are taking place this Thursday.

There are six candidates standing in the Crookes Ward. I invited each of them to tell locals why they should vote for them.

Liberal Democrat candidate Rob Frost says: "I'm the candidate who lives locally and can win.

"I've lived in this area all my life and love it here. I play for our local cricket team - Hallam Cricket Club.

"In my job, I help local people with their problems. This includes advising people struggling with their bills and helping parents trying to get their children into the right local schools.

"If you choose me you will have a local councillor who is part of our community. I will always be here to help you when you need me."
