Organisers of the Tramlines music festival have announced the latest addition to the star-studded line-up.
Singer and songwriter Eugene McGuinness will be playing alongside Roots Manuva, We Are Scientists, Ms Dynamite, Field Music, Frankie & the Heartstrings James Yorkston, 65 Days of Static, Future of the Left, Toddla Sound, Mr Scruff and many more.
The free, ticketless music festival runs from Friday, July 20 until the following Sunday, with more than 70 venues taking part and thousands of music lovers expected to visit the city.
The event also covers all musical genres from indie, electronica and blues to world music, folk and everything in between.
Sarah Nulty, Tramlines Festival Director, said: “We are really proud of this year’s line-up. Tramlines really is a festival like no other. We give music fans a chance to see their favourite artists absolutely free, and this year we are giving people even more for their nothing.”
The festival is one of the biggest in Europe and winner of last year’s Best Metropolitan Festival at the UK Festival Awards.
