Brownies past and present gathered in Dore Church Hall at the weekend to celebrate the 80th birthday celebrations of the 125th Sheffield (1st Dore) Brownies.
Formed in 1932 by Miss Mary Benton, the group is one of the oldest continually running Brownie packs in the city.
A traditional birthday tea to mark the occasion was attended by 30 former Brownies, 24 current Brownies, guests and leaders.
Two former Brownies, Mary Hearnshaw and Rosemary Bolton, led everyone in singing guiding songs old and new.
The oldest Brownies on the night were from 1955 and Leicester was the furthest distance travelled by a past leader to attend.
Dale Andrews, Brown Owl, said: “All went really well with the party and the chance to catch up with old friends made it a special night enjoyed by all ages. Current Brownies acted as hostesses and were models of exemplary behaviour.”
