Residents of seven communities in Sheffield have applied to hold a street party to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
Sheffield City Council has approved five applications so far and the licensing department is still dealing with a further two.
A council spokesman said: "We are not in a position to say where these are being held as these are private applications."
