Chamber music comes to Bents Green

Classical music will be coming to Bents Green this evening when the Sheffield Chamber Orchestra performs at the Methodist church.
Conducted by Robin McEwan, it will be welcoming young talent including the Sheffield violinist Harry Castle who will be playing Vaughan Williams’ The Lark Ascending and Sarasate’s Ziguenerweisen.
After an interval they will be joining up with the Abbeydale Singers to perform selections from Bach’s B minor Mass.
The concert will take place from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £10, £8 concessions and £5 for under 18s.
