The Ashay Dance Group will be opening this year’s Chance to Dance event on Fargate with World Fusion moves.

The grand opening takes place at 11am on Saturday, June 30 and kicks off a packed programme of dance around the city centre.

From 11.15am you’ll be able to see the following groups perform on Fargate: Hype dance Academy, Sisters of Tribellica, So Damn Kreative, Steel City Salsa, Sheffield Tango Argentina, Yorkshire Chandelier, Age Active, Mambo Collective, Zubaidah Arabic Dance, Sheffield City Morris, Mulembas d’Africa and Prestige Dance Crew.

You can view the full programme at the link below. Once you’ve watched all the groups perform, don’t miss your chance to have a go yourself in the Chance to Dance Grand Finale in the Peace Gardens at 4.30pm.

And remember there’s dancing in the Peace Gardens and Barker’s Pool too.
