Chance to win books in Eckington

If you visit Eckington Library before next Saturday, you could be in with the chance of winning ten-sport-related books.

Derbyshire County Council is giving away the books as part of the county’s celebrations of London 2012.

Titles include: Chris Cleave’s new novel Gold, set in the world of professional cycling; Martin Polley’s The British Olympics: Britain’s Olympic Heritage 1612-2012 and Steve Redgrave’s Great Olympic Moments.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply pick up a question sheet from any of the authority’s libraries – including Eckington - and answer three Olympic-related questions.

Hand in your answers to any Derbyshire library by Saturday, July 14.
