Man charged over Gibbons Street incident

Police have charged a man from Ipswich in relation to an incident in Gibbons Street on 3 July.
Two people were arrested on 10 July at a property in Clifton Street, Norwich.
A 21-year-old man, of Thackeray Road, has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon. He is now due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court.
An 18-year-old woman, from Norwich, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released on police bail and is now due to return to the Wymondham Police Investigation Centre on 30 August.
