Top new boy band, Lawson and X Factor’s R&B star Misha B, are the latest acts to join a top class Olympic celebration at Yorkshire’s biggest festival of music and sport; Sheftival.

This hot news comes as Rizzle Kicks withdraw from the Sheftival line-up. Real Radio, who are running the main stage, say they are not in a position to say why they have pulled out, as their management have yet to clarify.

A total of 80 acts are playing at Sheftival including urban pop girl band Stooshe, X Factor star Marcus Collins, MOBO and Brit
Award winner Lemar, Noisettes and The Lightning Seeds.

Stretching a vast site of 25 acres, Sheftival boasts eight stages, over 1,000 performers, 25 sports, 80 bands, three markets, a huge fairground, gourmet food stalls, twelve bars, a giant bungee, free ice-skating, the biggest foam party in the country and so much more. This is the Olympic Games done festival style and priced to make every welcome, it’s accessible to all.
