A major road into Sheffield will be resurfaced from Monday.
Due to circumstances beyond their control, planned work had to be rearranged.
Homestead Road to Kinnaird Avenue will be controlled using temporary traffic light control until completed.
Unfortunately there will be some noise, which may begin as early as 7.30am. Street Force will endeavour to keep noise to a minimum.
Street Force would like to take this opportunity to apologise in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused but would appreciate your co-operation and tolerance during the work.
Meanwhile a Streetforce Spokesman said "We do not sell excess tarmac.
Should anyone call and offer excess tarmac to surface drives and footways then they are not an employee of this organisation."
