86-year-old Graham Bell is proof that you’re never too old to study, keep fit and do voluntary work.
On the Sunday, September 2 Graham, a mature Sheffield University student, will be running, not walking, the Great Yorkshire Run for the third time.
The funds raised through sponsorship will be split between Brunswick Retirement Village where he volunteers, and Sheffield Support Dogs - a charity who bring independence and improve quality of life to families whose lives are restricted by physical disabilities, severe epilepsy and autism.
Graham started running after having a heart bypass operation 13 years ago after a heart attack and now trains four times a week.
If anyone is interested in sponsoring Graham please visit his JustGiving page below.
Come on Graham, show these young ones how to do it!
