A planning application for a former dentists to be used as a house has been granted by Sheffield City Council.
The premises on Middlewood Road was sold at auction back in May for £140,000.
The owner of the victorian end terrace property plans to remove all dental equipment and fixtures and install a domestic kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor the front kitchen will be removed and a full bathroom will be added.
