Fancy driving a state of the art Formula 1 simulator, made from a real 2010 car? Or maybe tackling an awesome eating challenge is more your thing? The Castle Inn at Bolsterstone is promising a day of fun either way on August Bank Holiday weekend.
Sunday August 26 sees the Castle’s very own spin on the ‘Man versus Food’ challenge with the Bolsterstone Triple Tower Burger, the Monster Mixed Grill or Supersized Nacho Platter. They are also running a spice challenge; 3 specially prepared curries, hot, extra hot and insane!
Meanwhile there will be a Formula One racing car simulator on site during the afternoon, where you can take a spin round famous race tracks from around the world.
Kevin and Angela Skitt took over the running of the Castle Inn earlier this year. They have been very careful to select a menu that incorporates fresh local produce, supports local businesses and ensures top quality and delicious food - with a good selection of real ales to compliment.
So if you’ve got an asbestos tongue or hollow legs then get munching your way down to the Castle Inn for their Bank Holiday eating extravaganza!
For more information, or to book your place for the challenge, simply pop into the pub and have a chat or phone 01142 886300.
